Standard Brownie / Traybake Postal Box

POSTAGE & DELIVERY: We aim to have your brownies/ traybakes  baked & sent within 5 days of your order. However please note that these times may increase during busier times. We will notify you if there are any delays.

Boxes will be sent either 24 hour or 48 Hour Tracked. Therefore should arrive within 1-2 days for 24 hour Tracked or 2-4 days for 48 hour Tracked. Options are selected at checkout.However please note once posted, I have no control as to when items are delivered. 

If you require your Brownies / Traybakes by a specific date, please let me know and I will do my best to get them to you in time, BUT can't Guarantee they will arrive by a specific date.

ALLERGY ADVICE: Brownies and Blondies contain: MILK, WHEAT (GLUTEN), EGGS, SOYA (Chocolate Brownies)

Most Traybakes contain: MILK, WHEAT (GLUTEN).

Some Brownies, Blondies & Traybakes also contain EGGS, SOYA, NUTS

All Brownies & Blondies and Traybakes are all individually labelled with ingredients and allergens. 

Mini Bakes’ kitchen contains: Dairy products including Milk, Soya, Wheat & Gluten, Nuts, Eggs.

Please keep in a cool dry place, out of sunlight.  Will keep longer if placed in an airtight container (If not eaten all at once!) Please see label for best before date.

RETURNS POLICY:

Please note as all items are pershiable products, therefore we DO NOT accept returns. All items are packaged and sent out 24hour or 48 tracked therfore should be fresh on delivery. 

Once posted, please note, we can not accept any responsibilty for items spoiled or damaged during transportation,  due to postage delays. However if any products do arrive in an unsastifactory conditon, please take photos and get in touch and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
